With a laid back Gong Fu Cha style, I believe in holding space for Tea do the work in supporting the experience and allowing for connections to unfold organically. Using rare, high-quality teas and authentic handmade teaware, I guide individuals and groups through ceremonies that are simple and easy for anyone from all walks of life to feel invited into. If desired, I will provide facilitation and guidance for embodied awareness, nervous system support, tea knowledge and connection with the spirit of plants.

Each session is tailored to your needs - whether you're processing something big, marking a milestone or simply craving easeful connection to yourself and others.
